The ingredients will differ weekly, but will always remain gluten-friendly.
Your box will include a mix of seasonal vegetables, and may include any of the following. You can choose to avoid some of these when ordering.

Your box MAY include ANY of the following ingredients.
Vegetables: any fresh fruit, vegetable or herb in season.
